Randy picked up our precious cargo of two Chi puppies. I must say I was somewhat nervous about shipping them as I had never used this type of service before. Randy picked them up, kept in contact with myself and my daughter where the pups were going. one of them was a Christmas present for my grandson, Randy kept in touch letting us know how they were doing etc... and got them there safe , sound and on time. I was very impressed with Randy, we were happy with the results and will use him again
