They got 3 strikes for me. I requested 12-5 delivery (daylight hours) it showed up at 6:30. It was 2 days later than the quote. Then they charged me an additional $37. The driver was great, really nice and helpful. They need to work out their quoting system and then stick to it. When I asked about the issues I had I was told that it’s the way it works. If I have an issue, oh well. When they have an issue, it needs to be resolved.
