Service Provider was unable to reach me after a reasonable period of time I have called this guy twice in the past to days and he nevered answered the phone,so I left messages,my 2nd and last message was this morning,about an afternoon pic up and I stated"THAT I NEEDED HIM 2 CALL ME BCK 2 CONFIRM",well never got a call bck from him and I am now out of the area

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. I spoke with mountaintransport on Monday 6/08/2015 at 11:06 and inquired about the pickup time. Pickup was to be 6/9 - 6/11. I was needing to be out of the office on the 9th and wanted to determine if that was possible since that was the first day of pickup eligibility. He said pickup time would be ~noon 6/10. I told him that is ideal and the pickup would be ready. That is confirmation. I did not need another confirmation. I am less than one mile off the freeway for him to make the stop.

Response from KCUlmer:
Every time I rented a Uhaul trailer the doors rolled up and the opening was 5' X 5'8". This time the doors opened outward and the opening was considerably smaller. I didnt notice until it was too late. My Fault. Wont ever happen again.
