The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment They showed up with a trailer that could not carry the weight of the truck that was described in the listing.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Provider committed to pickup yesterday, then thru the day kept assuring it would be picked up, but never sent a driver. Yesterday they assured me it would be picked up today, but have failed to communicate or reply to requests for updates.
Likely a typical broker that grabs loads with no plans to fill them all, just holding on to as many as possible then not caring who they drop.
UShip should weed out these people, it's destroying your reputation too.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider SP tried to get more money from me, instead of giving it to the driver. Communication was lax, confusing and shady. Driver stated nearly the same feelings.
Brent at UShip stated he will make sure my entire deposit is refunded to my credit card currently on file.

Todd more money what do you mean you did not pay us even 1 penny you was trying to ship your land rover without money you said you have paid all amount to uship i am not going to give you anything either uship representative says you owe $650 i don't understand what do you want i request to uship please relist his vehicle for new service provider he direct contacted with driver for his move how possible he booked and suddenly he want his deposit back. He should relist his vehicle.

Great guy, great service. Super fast and kept me informed all the way. Usually I'm the nervous one, checking in with shipper twice a day, but he was contacting me regularly.

I'm a dealer so I've hauled a lot of cars, I've never been asked to provide a CC before, and a deposit. So I was VERY suspicious, but in the end, they did exactly what they agreed to and car was delivered across country in good shape. Drivers were helpful and pleasant.
So, I gave them 5 stars

Great Hauler !!!
Everything was great, there was a problem at pickup but he took care of it for me. I was kept informed the entire time and car was delivered on time and in great shape.
Couldn't ask for more.
