The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped This is one of the absolute worst situations I have ever been In. We booked with the customer and had them set up on our route. They canceled at the last minute without contacting us, just Uship, so they could ship UPS and of course do not want to pay a cancellation fee. We had already made arrangements for the pick up. I will never do business with this shipper again, and I do not recommend any other carrier do so. May be a scam as they do not show any info on their account.
