I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment He list the bike to be palletized and that the bike is operational! The bike was in a crate a crate and a pallet is 2 difference things the crate added another 200 lbs to weight of the motorcycle. 1. A container, such as a slatted wooden case, used for storing or shippingiz•ing.to place (materials) upon pallets for handling or movingTo store or move (freight, for example) by means of pallets. Please see American dictionary explanation a crate is clearly not a pallet in layman sense of shipping!

I never met John, but he made me feel a bit more comfortable about this long distance experience. He picked up and delivered when he said he would, and offered to protect the bike in the event of rain, which I didn't think was necessary, but he said he would do it anyway. From the phone conversations, he seems like a good guy to deal with. Will use him again if needed.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment He called and said the bike is crated and I never informed him about that. The ad clearly says its palletized. He said he cannot move it around by himself for drop-off's when doing deliveries while he has my bike in the trailer, and that he can't do it for "$100" (he bid, I accepted, I'm not paying more because he didn't check the ad properly), and that I should list my items properly and I should look for open transport. I told him I will find someone else to move it for me because I understood
