A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I had a break down in Colorado subbed it out to global route carrier service, who is also on U Ship, and he never showed kept lying to me and the customer and of course it fell on my shoulders. This is my first time experiencing this, and I learned a valuable lesson. My apologies to Howard.

Great customer. Good communication, friendly, helpful and an all round nice guy. I hope we can work together again some time. Highly recommended as an honest straightforward guy who goes out of his way to help the provider. AAA+++ It was a pleasure to work for you sir.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time my experience is that he has been very communicated but has subbed the job out and that driver has never showed up.

John was terrific to deal with...professional and very communicative. Furniture arrived when promised in good condition and I received calls during transit so I would know when he was arriving- A+!
