There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I mistakenly thought the mover offered insurance, but they didn't. The mover suggested using UShip insurance. I contacted support, and they said it was too late to add UShip insurance, since the shipment was already booked. They said I needed to cancel the shipment and re-post it. I'm hoping the mover will re-submit their bid, and then I'll book with them and add UShip insurance.
