Kelly touched base at all the right times and kept me updated along the way. There was even an incident (which of course was not his fault) and he dealt with it in a very professional manner to entirely protect my interests. It’s one thing to have a trip without issues but the true service here is overcoming those issues that eventually will arise. A big thanks to Kelly and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this transporter.
