It turned out that the costumer had another phone number listed on uship, we were sending out emails and calling everyday after the car was picked up, but only at the end, when he left the feedback he realized that it was not our fault at all.

Thanks Randy. Great shipment, professional service, and affordable. RV was taken good care of, he even took the time to caulk a couple of seams that looked like they might leak.
