Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Hey Emily, I had printed out the BOL to give to the lot and I was on my way to pick up the bike Monday until I was told that they don’t allow pick ups on Monday. That was very frustrating because that was a two hour round-trip wasted. I had another pick up in Kentucky scheduled for Tuesday, however I told the person I spoke to that I would try and make it there afterwards. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider This transporter does not communicate well. We reached out to them, does not seem interested in doing transportation for this item. Have not heard back from them after having email issues. We have wasted too much time now trying to transport.
