I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The customer was up front about the size and weight. He would be able to load, but I would have to unload. I thought a ramp would solve the problem, as the piece is on wheels, but I didn't consider the dimensions of the door opening. The kennel would have to go straight in to fit, not tilted on a ramp. I'm very sorry about the inconvenience caused by my lack of planning.

Great experience. Mario was extremely professional and made sure that the shipment got their securely and safely while keeping us updated about the status of the shipment. Pre-notification about pickup and delivery made sure that the transfers went off without any complications.
