The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper had an accident and was injured. He had my item in his trailer at the time, but informed me that it was not damaged and has placed it in his storage building. He stated he would refund the money paid to him.

The shipping cost was very reasonable and Mark was very easy to work with. The protective packing was really good. Delivery had a couple of minor delays, however things worked out and my daughter received her "new" antique furniture in very good condition. The Yellow Freight driver could not make an inside delivery, but did help my daughter get the items to the door of her house.

The seller wrote me that she had to tell the shipper to cover the items to prevent damage during the trip. The shipper was not equipped for that since two of the coverings used were their jackets. Although the items were tied down, a loose brass knob fell off and was caught against the wood and the side of the truck. It worked itself across the face of a drawer, leaving a long deep scar. The shipper tried to deny it was his fault, but the seller's pre-shipment photos proved otherwise.

Despite a mechanical problem with the truck that delayed delivery a few days, the dining room set arrived in good condition except for a large wet spot on one end of the table that caused some whitening. After overnight drying and some refinishing, my wife and I are enjoying the "new" solid cherry furniture.

Easy to work with. Coordinated shipment pickup and delivery very well. Covered and secured the solid cherry bedroom set very well to prevent damage. Items arrived in excellent shape. Would definitely recommend Paul to others.

Excellent communication with the seller of the furniture in TX, with my daughter in WA, and me (the middleman) in AL. Both the seller and my daughter reported that Gus was friendly, professional, and went out of his way in handling the furniture and scheduling both pickup and delivery. Would definitely recommend him to others!
