The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This provider setup a time and date and did not show up. with no communication. In looking closer at his history I beleive this provider underbids other shippers and is using Uship as a backup for other scheduled shipments and does not intend to provide service unless his others fall through, he has a very high rate of cancelations and non- reachablity. He just ignores repeated phone and email attempts for communication. Therfore leaving the customer hanging and costing him $$$$. then he i
