I was very disappointed in this service. My pet arrived very afraid and was packed into the back of a prius type vehicle without any crate and I am not even sure how many other animals. He was delivered a day later than promised. Shipper very nice but her service was sub par....don't assume anything about the vehicle..or that your pet will be traveling alone.
