Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Response from Chris L.: Shady shipper. Made a quote then denied making it!

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Response from Chris L.: Marvel was simply unable to provide what they quoted. Their tactic was to blame me, saying that it took them days to reach me, that was until I reminded them that my iPhone shows out 7 minute phone call the day we booked, confining al the info. After that I requested that they contact me via email, but they would not put anything in writing. Every time I would ask for an update, they'd call and give an excuse, but not put it in writing. Look at the recent rash of cancellations in their reviews..

I’ll definitely use Vladdy again if needed. Excellent all the way around - communication, speed, flexibility, care of the cargo. Great job Vladdy.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Total dirtbag. Has no reviews and now it’s clear why. I accepted his bid and then never heard from him, so I emailed looking for an update. Here is his response:
“ So this was booked before I accepted to do this. I said let me see if I can line up other loads so Im sorry but for 1k I just cant make that work”
I simply accepted his bid and he’s backing out. Shameful.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Marvel is been very shady to work with. They requested that they go over details on the phone and would not communicate those details in writing. They appear to be unable to find a truck for the price they quoted, and so they have me on indefinite hold. They have missed my requested pickup window, and then have missed their own stated window of 1-5 business days. Whats worse is that they tried to blame it on me, by saying that it took them several days to get ahold of me, when the documented fac
