Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Jarrett booked with me sometime the morning of 5/6. He sent 1 email and left one message 2 call when I had a chance. He left another message mid morning on 5/7. Depending on where I'm at and how busy I am,sometimes it may take me a day are 2 to get back to the customer. I had planned on stopping in the evening of 5/7 to touch base with him. Mid afternoon I received the cancellation notice.

Could not have gone any smoother. Jason called me well ahead of time to discuss pick up time, was right on time for pick up, called to say he had our jet ski and what time we could expect delivery. Even helped offload it onto a cradle with me. I deal with freight guys all the time and this was a real pleasure when compared to past experiences. Friends and on time...A+ guy..thanks

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Have been trying for two days via phone call and emails to contact service provider. Have had no contact and need to have boat for customer picked up.

U booked with me on 5/6 and left an email and a message.On 5/7 in early afternoon U left a message. A few hours later I got the cancellation notice. Depending on how busy or where I'm at it may take me a day or 2 to contact the customer. It wasn't even a full 2 days b 4 U filed.
