He was running short of employees and he was moving things alone and we felt really sad for him. I was completely fine with his service with respect to timeliness. However he is not able to keep up the promise at all , my 3 seater recliner sofa got damaged and he said he will share the insurance details once he reaches back home and it’s been close to a week now and no responses yet.
