Customer is right. WE have been behind schedule for two weeks . After blizzard we lost a week ,and my cell phone.Makes for poor customer service . He should get refund and my apology for the delay.WE try to do a good job and some days it just doesn't work right.Best regards

the bar and bar stools were treated with the utmost care. great communication, very nice fellow. would reccommend yoderken to anyone that needs a reliable service provider. furniture was picked up and delivered in a very timely manner. i can't say enough. will use again if i need someone. we had no issues what so ever.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period i have tried several times to contact shipper, using phone and email. was able to contact a person in office, but the man making arrangments would not call me back. no emails replied to either. he did make contact with me initially by email but none since.
