After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The service provider is requesting full payment in advance of delivery. This was not clear to me when I accepted their quote. We will not pay the full amount for a shipment before delivery has been safely made.
The provider was responsive and I have no issues with them other than their full payment in advance terms.
