I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Multiple e-mails through U-Ship as well as directly to the shipper's e-mail address as shown and phone calls directly to the shipper have gone unanswered. I need to cancel as this sofa is part of a move and needs to be completed.

What can I say, these folks were great. The coop was one of the coolest pickup ever. When we got there the very first thing they said was..."Can I offer you a cup of coffe and a home made muffin". They took the time to explain about the Coop and its function. They are two of the nicest people. Their directions and decription were perfect. We would be happy to do more work for them if asked.
