A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The customer provided the address at 3:03 PM knowing very well dad the auction house it will be closed at 3 PM I tried to call and to speak with somebody from the auction house but they could not accommodate a pick up at 4 PM. I asked the buyer to send me an address yesterday and today when I left Charlotte area for Raleigh. I drove 2 hours for no reason and loose gas. Disappointing.

Auction house confirmed that they were open until 4 and then closed early. Service provider originally said they would be at pickup location at 1PM, ran late, very disappointing.

Chris did a wonderful job with delivery and navigating the tiny residential streets around my place. Much quicker than anticipated delivery and kept me updated the entire time. Highly recommend. Delivery was for an assortment of antiques.

Wonderful job, They kept in touch and went above and beyond with the delivery of a heavy 500 year old Chinese antique. Arrived in perfect shape and they provided photos after they dropped it off as well. Would def recommend them.
