A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I sent an email the day of explaining the situation with the driver of the van testing positive for covid. The trips to Texas were canceled because of this. I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your business.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I tried to call the service provider. He didn't have his voice mail set up, so I texted him and never heard back.

Josh and his team were on time and very friendly. They came prepared with plenty of moving blankets and tie down straps to insure to protect the outdoor patio furniture that the moved for my parents. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I would use them again.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Make sure your voicemail is not full and answer your phone. I dont think waiting 3-4 days to follow up with your customers when there is a deadline is unprofessional.
