There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The customer had more items then listed on Uship. Also the customers apartment complex could not fit a semi truck. The items would need to be shuttled and the customer did not want to pay the extra charges. They customer needs a company that utilizes a smaller truck.

I have had a poor service provider (txstars) now I have just experienced a GREAT service provider (Medal7), they helped us recover form an abandoned shipment. They were so fast they arrived to my destination 2 days early. Their speed of delivery covering over 1100 miles in one day is unmatched. They have changed our expectations of a service provider and I will dare say they can not be topped. If you need something shipped in a hurry and taken care of. They are who you should choose.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After being late by a day. Provider seemed to have every excuse for not making this shipment: the truck would not fit, the property management said semi trucks come through all the time, then the box count was off (which I disagree with the number I was told), I find it hard to believe that every shipper is perfect with count. Very disappointed was charged extra to keep my stuff at apartment unit. Would not recommend this service provider.

Arrived early not late! Semi trucks could only fit in the center of neighborhood not in the back because of the turns. The customer lived in the back. The customer had almost double the boxes he had listed on Uship. A few boxes off is fine but 60 boxes to over a hundred is ridiculous. The customer was advised of the discrepancy and became indignant and refused to pay for the extra items. At that point we as a company have no option but to walk away.
