After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Very weird person! He's open a dispute on Uship for “ not answer “ but he never called me!! Response from Solomon D.: What type of service provider call paying customers weird? This Shipper needs to be taught customer service, first of all. Business ownership is a privilege and is valued on how you treat customers. I called you and ask for an update on your pick up timeline due to the fact you held on to this for 8days and had not picked up yet. You told me you're not a business, you just do this from your home. None of that maters to me, but what does matter is that you meet the dates you created.Or contact me

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider has not shown up nor did the provider call and update me. I tried to call the provider and they answered and hung up after being asked to confirm pick up date. Also this provider is calling myself a paying customer, weird and alledging I'm up to something because the pick up deadline was approaching.
