Horrible service do not use these guys.
My bike arrived strapped to a wall and with a broken cylinder head fin, a broken brake lever, and a huge dent on the side where my tank was rubbing up against the wall. When I pointed it out he said "we didn't think it could get any worst" Very unprofessional and no appreciation for classic bikes. This happened in December 2017 and I am still waiting for a call from them.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I can't get a clear estimated date from the provider as to when this bike will be picked up. I have made many attemps and I've been told to refer back to the booking details. Which I did, and the booking details specify that the bike will be picked up within 7 days and there is no mention of "business days" in the BD. Today is day 7 and I yet to have a clear estimated date of pick up. Communication and customer service is horrible and the worst I have seen. I am cencelling this transaction and Response from 2wheelship: Client initially agreed to pickup time window & after booking decided he wanted the bike to have priority over other paying uShip customers. Client was verbally abusive to the driver, dispatch, & management. We do not tolerate this type of behavior and do accept the client's request for cancellation. We value our cooperation with uShip but no haul is worth our safety.
