SOMETIME THING HAPPEN OUT OF YOUR CONTROL.AFTER SHIPPER WAS SO DETERMINED ON GETTING SUV FROM SELLER I DECIDED TO WAIT OVERNIGHT ON TRAILER WITH NO LUCK.
I COULD HAVE LEFT SUV,BUT THATS BAD BUSINESS.IF ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON THATS NOT MY FAULT THAT WOULD HAVE HAPPEN WITH OR WITHOUT ME DRIVING IT.CELL PHONE DIED DAY OF DELIVERY BUT WE TALKED.SUV ARRIVED SAFELY. GLAD I COULD HELP.

I will have to say he did try very hard to let me know what was happening until his phone went dead. I wish he would have used a different phone by calling collect to keep us updated. If if had called and told me he could not get a trailer and have ask for permission to drive the vechicle to destionation I would have at least known wht was going on. I feel is seemed like a real honest gentleman and was curtious and polite the entire time until we lost contact.

Great provider. Good communication through entire shipment. He also helped unload and was very reliable. Would recommend and also use for any future shipments. Thanks for your service.

Communications started out really good.Shipper ensured me he had a trailer to haul SUV.He did not pick up when first said he would to trailer problems.His cell phone went dead and no communication until delivery.He drove the vechicle to destination without any approval from me.He did deliver SUV but not on the terms we agreed on.This SUV had no tags so I am not sure where the tags came from.The vechicle currently has check engine light on and needs checked.Vechicle will need checked out at shop.
