The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it As you noted the item that you’re trying to ship is a go cart. The Item was incorrectly labeled as a raptor 200 which is a four wheeler. Regarding arrival time we gave notice of arrival and no issues were noted at the time when we discussed our route and arrival. We take pride in all work we do but shipments must be labeled accurately to insure no items are damaged. We apologize that we’re unable to accommodate but please make sure to accurately label the item to prevent this type of situation.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment if I could leave a zero star I would, provided showed up 10 minutes before close just to decline pickup. said they thought the go cart was small although we posted listing with measurements and pounds. told us he overlooked the listing and didnt see measurements. now we have to deal with telling a customer there will be more of a delay and repost his listing until we get another acceptance.
