Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Spoke with buyer, agreed to everything, deposit request was agreed too, bank info given, permit info reqquested, then suddenly two days later, Someone claiming to MONEY MAN called making all kinds of demands, changes and tells me no money till boat is deliveried. I don't order permits without deposits. He starts screaming at me about not trusting others. I explain we don't operate like that, he says he'll just go hire someone else. Experienced speaks for it's self. Have them contact me to settle

The customer accepted my bid on October 31st, with the listing marked URGENT. I was going to have a truck near by at that time, so I placed a low bid to get my truck back home to Florida. Customer had not closed on boat, and was not ready to ship till Nov. 18, not very urgent. I tried to pick the boat up that coming weekend, but Michigan does not allow oversized shipments on the weekends, so I planned to pick up Monday. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The trucker wanted half of bid in advance even though I had paid a deposit through USHIP.com. I told him I had no problem paying him a deposit once the boat was loaded. Just overall bad attitude, didn't feel comfortable handing the guy money like that without any protection on my end.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I was in constant contact w/ the trucker expressing apologies for the closing delay, he told me it was not a problem. He never informed me he had a truck up north waiting, he actually told me that he was based out of Florida and that he was going to do the job himself. He gave me the run around by pushing the dates farther and farther back. And finally admitted to me that he was being underpaid and bailed. He promised delivery by the 25th numerous times. I gave him more than two weeks of notice.

Yes, I am the owner & the driver who was up north. Based out of Florida was not a problem, when Bobby was talking about buying a trailering in FL, & having me do a round trip. The customer accepted my bid on October 31st, with the listing marked URGENT. Nov.18 boat was ready, so I planned on Nov.23 pick up, weather delay. Bobby expects me to drop every other customer I have to help him. I NEVER said I was underpaid. I can do at my bid price, but not at Bobby's new time frame. Good luck!

Excellent Job! Arrived on time and delivered on time. Robert really knows what he's doing. He picked up my clients 35' Intrepid in Conneticut and delived it to Miami. He owns a nice rig and with the GPS tracking you know exactly where your cargo is at all times. Don't hesitate on booking Aquaexpress!

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Shipper was great and unfortunately the job couldn't be done due to the dimensions of the boat being to high. The price would drastically change and the owner decided to ship the boat abnother way. Shipper tried his best.
