There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The shipper won't complete the shippment without adding $279 to the bid and changing the terms of the bid completely. I am SO Frustrated with trying to get this vehicle shipped that I am going to just fly back and pick it up myself. For that reason I am requesting a complete refund of all of the moneys that I have deposited in attempts to have my vehicle shipped via uship.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The shipper stated that the vehicle would be picked up within 7 days and then delivered within 7 days, this has not happened. I have contacted the shipper multiple time and each time he made promises to get the shippment completed and to call me back to confirm neither thing happpened. Then this week he asked me to cancel my listing here on USHIP so we could put more toward the shippment, when I told him I don't work that way he threatened to cancel the listing himself and has stopped answerin

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The shipper is requiring a contract be signed before they can go pickup the item. This is not possible as I am at the hospital with my Mother, she had emergency surgery about two weeks ago and had been in a medically induced coma for a week and a half. I tried to find a way to get the contract printed and faxed back to the shipper with no success, this issue is adding to the stress of my situation.
