Tom has been a good Customer, a couple things about this Shipment did not go as planned, Truck broke down in NV while in Transit to CA. According to the fact that it was not possible to get the Truck fixed in a timely manner, Tom decided to dispatch another Carrier for getting his machine from NV to CA. We did not charge a single cent for the Service we have provided from AB to NV. We would do Business with Tom again.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I do not need the shipment shipped any longer. I ended up not purchasing the machine due to it being broken down. I am requesting to cancel this job because of that situation. Thank you.

Great comany who was in constant communication. There was a minor delay due to a mechanical iaaue with the transport truck but they notified me of the progress hourly! Logistical Experts, LLC are real pros and i plan on using them in the future for hauling my heavy equipment.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time They did not take care of what they said they were going to do. They did not stay in contact. When I call them they give me excuses. Overall I'm unhappy with this service

You booked this on 12/5, we never got all the information till the next day, per our bid terms we require 5-7 business to pickup that you accepted. Now your saying this is our fault. Unbelievable!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I contracted with Uship and their service provider did not pickup the item within the time frame agreed upon. This has caused me financial issues due this item is for my farming operation and I haven't been able to plant my crops!! I have tried contacting the Moore Frieght Lines via phone numbers, email and texts with no response! Please refund my money as I have had to send another company to pickup the item.
