Excellent transaction. He called me promptly after accepting his bid and made immediate arrangements to pick up my item. He called from the pick up point to give me an accurate condition report of the item I purchased. On arrival, my fireplace was very well wrapped and secured and in the exact condition it left the seller. He delivered it exactly when he said he would, brought it in and set it up where I asked. Really nice guy. Would definitely hire again!

Absolutely perfect! I accepted bid on the 25th, they picked up item on the 26th and delivered exactly when stated on the 27th! It doesn't get much easier or smoother than that. They had to take great care in packing a large china cabinet with numerous glass pieces and each piece arrived unscathed and perfect! Loaded where I asked and were so very friendly. This is my third shipment with them and I have yet to be disappointed! Thank you guys! You're awesome :)

Jason was great. He kept in contact and always replied promptly to any correspondence. He delivered my armoire when stated down to the minute! He helped unload and took care that my armoire was protected. It arrived unscathed. He was also very patient as I tried to determine where I was going to put the armoire. I had posted for shipping for a large corner cabinet and picked a shipper then needed to add two additional pieces. Todd went out of his way to accomodate. Couldn't ask for more nor for a nicer person. Very polite, courteous and professional. Things went very smoothly and I would definitely use this service provider again.
