Jay took a tall order with the delivery of my bike. Others even canceled their bids after I gave all the details of my delivery, but not Jay. He actually exceeded my expectations. I could not commit to accepting his bid initially because of missed promise dates from the dealer, but he was willing to hold a spot for me. Excellent comm. - responded right away during bid process and kept me up to date with the ETA via text messages. Was on time + careful & respectful of all the bikes on his truck.
