There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved THE CUSTOMER ASKED FOR AN ITEM TO BE MOVED FROM DUMFRIES TO DUMFRIES, AFTER ACCEPTING MY BID, HE INFORMED ME THAT IT WAS TO BE SHEFFIELD TO DUMFRIES,AFTER i PIONTED OUT THAT THE LONGER DISTANCE WOULD COST HIM MORE , HE ASKED HOW MUCH, AFTER I GAVE HIM A REVIEWED PRICE HE HAS NOT GOT BACK TO ME NOR HAS HE ANSWERED AND CONTACT EFFORTS FROM ME

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Response from Kim S.: I had no reply to my emails from this provider and also an email from uship advising me to cancel.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer i have asked for payment on collection of the goods but the client wants to pay on delivery
i have also looked at the terms of my insurence and i am not licenced to transport cemicals i thought this would be classed as general household goods but have since been informed that this shipments are classed as chemicals and i am not insured to deliver them under the terms of my bussness use.
i can only apoligise for the misunderstanding
