After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider COMPLETELY UNSATISFACTORY. I've used this carrier before with great results. However, this cancellation has put us in a VERY SERIOUS DELIMMA with a museum. We stayed in contact with this shipper -'Be Going Trans'- and were assured, several times, that the shipment would be delivered on time. Yesterday, they reached out to conform details and all was ontrack for a pickup today. Today, UShip, NOT 'Be Going Trans' just informed us of the cancellation. COMPLETELY UNSATISFACTORY.
