A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The customer needs the item shipped before I can make it there to pick up.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Uship had my account on hold since last Friday therefore I could not proceed with any transports until uship unlocked my account. That had put me behind on my whole schedule. Before my account was on hold I had a whole schedule of pick ups and deliveries in route towards you. That’s why I was going to come then, but because of uship having my account on hold, I lost all of those those pick ups and deliveries . & also, I’m a transporting service so if I call you at 2:30 am it’s for an update.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I have a 12 ft trailer and these are 12 ft kayaks. With packaging The kayaks are longer than 12 ft so it wouldn't fit. the customer agreed we can move some items to stack them but the kayaks were too long with packaging.
