Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Uship had my account on hold since last Friday therefore I could not proceed with any transports until uship unlocked my account. That had put me behind on my whole schedule. Before my account was on hold I had a whole schedule of pick ups and deliveries in route towards you. That’s why I was going to come then, but because of uship having my account on hold, I lost all of those those pick ups and deliveries . & also, I’m a transporting service so if I call you at 2:30 am it’s for an update.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I have a 12 ft trailer and these are 12 ft kayaks. With packaging The kayaks are longer than 12 ft so it wouldn't fit. the customer agreed we can move some items to stack them but the kayaks were too long with packaging.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Tried multiple times to call and was sent to voicemail box that was full. I did receive one text explaining his account was on hold with uship and he will call me back when he was off the phone with them. He then called my at 2:30 in the morning with no voicemail. I then called and the voicemailbox was full still. I texted and asked if this was still happening. He said yes and now has not replied back after 24 hours.
