I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The shipper has not answered or responded to any phone calls since last week. She was supposed to pick up my item from the auction house on Monday morning but has blocked all calls from me and also the auction house. This is the worst experience I have ever had with USHIP. This company needs to be removed as a vendor.
