Communication was good but as far as releasing payment, took them weeeeeks just to release.

I am so sorry that it took so long to release the payment. As I mentioned, it was taken out of our account already and did not understand that it was not released to you. We have fixed the issue and know now how to release payment. We apologize for that and appreciate your business.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I them is 9ft tall. And is about 500lb for the entertainment center itself. Cannot fit it in the trailer
