A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved My initial pickup was delayed and had to be correct with all paperwork in order before I was able to leave, which was bringing me to pickup the puppy for his trip. I hate the timing was too late to get him. I did, un fact, arrive in the area earlier than the seller thought I would, but it had already been cancelled. I'm very sorry it didn't work out for us this time. Thank you.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The breeder in Tn advised that we not pick up the pup due to weather. Due to the ice storm the breeder was not able to meet us nor could we get to his home. By the time the breeder was able to meet with us we were already home in NH. We wanted to reschedule pick up during our next trip on the 30th. The buyer said he would get the pup himself. We have NO control over ice storms. The other client that was in Tn had no problem rescheduleing, they understand bad weather. Good luck with your drive.

thay had alot of reasons why they could not get dog not puppy did not anser phone calls left us hanging.im not hard to please but bad hauler.dog was for christmas for my 9 year old got it here in time. no help from turbo j

This was a wonderful experience. Dogs were awesome and very people friendly. Shipper was percise with instructions of care, and reciever assisted on pick-up location and prompt with payment. I would ship again for this shipper/reciever anytime. Thank you so much for the opportuntity to carry two awesome dogs,

I'm so sorry this puppy transport didn't work out. My initial pickup was delayed and I couldn't leave without it. Once it was ready the person with the pup stated it would be too late once I arrived to get him. He was assuming it would be much later than it actually was when I was in his area, but the deal had already been cancelled so I couldn't get him anyway. Again, I'm sorry and hope we can work together in the future. Thank you.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved they said they would pick the dog up between dec. 13th thru 15. thay called the night of the 16th said storm was to bad could not pick up.she would try to get back on the road by the 19th and pick the dog up the 20th after calling her all day sat. and sunday she called me back the morning of the 20th and said she would get dog on the 30 or 31st .needed dog before xmas.she had so many exuses.thought nothing of it.very dispointed to say the least. bad hauler stay away.

The breeder told us that we couldnt pick up, due to the ice storm in Tn we wouldnt be able to get to his house. By the time the breeder said his neighborhood was clear and we could get in, we were already back home, we wanted to reschedule pick up around the 30th, which is what the other client that couldnt get picked up did but, Creig said he'd rather get it himself. he calls us a bad hualer, a bad hauler is one who drives thru ice storms without concidering the saftey of ALL the pups.
