Literally the worst experience ive ever had attempting to make delivery, including refusal to abide by set meeting time and refusal to pay for shipment. I had to call the police to keep them from taking the items from me prior to payment. Very sad to see people such as this.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Once the shipment was picked up I learned it was going to a high rise building. High rise buildings have a mover bond (building insurance) requirement that I don't carry. They also have scheduling requirements (M-f 8-5) that will set me back to the point of the shipment no longer being worth it for me, for the price. I need to return the shipment.

The driver unloaded all my merchandise by himself without any help this was not acceptable. He was in a hurry! We have a Warehouse manager here that was going to help to make sure nothing was damaged. The driver left my merchandise in the alley against my building. These are the pictures…. I will never hire him again. He argued and did not listen or wait for our warehouse person to help, we had to call the police because of his attitude! Worst, delivery ever experianced in 38 years! Response from Ihaul84: The items that i delivered were very easy to unload and have ready to be taken inside upon arrival of staff, who was well over an hour late. The items were removed from my trailer and I stayed there with them waiting for the warehouse manager to arrive so I’m not sure how I left them in the alley. They were attempting to take the items without paying and I am actually the one that had to call the police to come and help me. The language barrier may have been part of the problem.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I need to cancel this shipment with this carrier due to insurance for the building we’re delivering to
