Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time there was a 3- BLIZZARD HIT DC/PA/VA/NY. EVEN CLOSED CAPITAL & MOST AMERICAN watching TV in last 2mth seen THAT WE could not MOVE-DRIVE & into SMALL 2 LANE neighborhood streets are IMPOSSIBLE as per 4/other booked member's.THEY CALLED ME.ask me NOT TO TRY/UNSAFE. I & THEY agreed DELAY & ALLOW for reschedule later p/u on next trip...SNOW fall broke 100--175year.ALL TIME Record..SO YES its MY FAULT...GOD BLESS YOUR TRAVELS.OFFER was 4 careful/safer service.NOT hot shot NO MENTION of WEATHER issues

This is my first negative experience with a uship provider. A little communication could have resolved the problem. After 6 weeks and 6 attempted contacts I had no other choice but to cancel the transaction and obtain another shipper.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Service provider attempted to collect shipping fees from the ebay seller which the seller refused. Service provider stated on the phone after the fact that he would need to paid up front for the shipping charges. He left the ebay seller without collecting the item. I would like to cancel and relist the shipment. Dan Marlar

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period it has been over 6 weeks and I have attempted to contact the service provider without success. I need a new and responsible service provider. Please help Dan Marlar

communitcated with BOTH seller/buyer=shipper as to delays i had during winter BLIZZARDS 2of them hitting DC/MD/VA/NY/PA/DEL/NJ and many delay-not able to finish stops for BOTH deliverys and picking up items i had on truck/trailer in the small communitys were ROADS/DRIVEWAYS were not passable i DRIVE a 2 WD truck NOTA 4 wheeler and IT DID GET stuck in DC once i could get into city..i ended up paid $160.00 to GET pulled out of side/back driveway after a DELIVERY to townhome next to CAPITAL.EARL
