I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period This shippers communication is horrible. I should have stayed away after the reviews that I read, but I e-mailed her and she responded. That is the last time I heard from Laura, the person receiving the shipment also left 4 messages never to get a call back.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period EVERYTHING WAS ALL SET, THE PROVIDER CALLED BACK WHEN WE LEFT MESSAGES, ALL OF A SUDDEN HE STOPPED CALLING BACK. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO PICK UP BIKE 1 WEEK AGO, HE NEVER CALLED, HE DOES NOT ANSWER CALLS. WILL DEFINATELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE IN THE FUTURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The shipment arrived on Saturday, earlier than promised, ( that was good) 1 of the scooters did have a couple of spots that look like the side was rubbing up against something, so the paint rubbed off. Other than that they arrived in good shape. We came to an agreement on amount to be discounted to take care of paint. Overall, I am happy with the service.

Yes, There was some paint on the lower under fairing of the scooter that did have something rub against it. weather it was there before shipping and i just didn't see it during my inspection of the scooter or it happen during shipment.I went ahead and took care of the cost to the dealership for the paintwork.Not a problem, Thanks again

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Anthony had great communication with me through the beginning stages. The only reason that I canceled was because the warehouse where Anthony had to go to pick up the bikes were unable to accommodate the time that day and time that was needed. Anthony's communication was awesome!!!!

Well, we tried to accomodate the pick up times, but the warehouse was not willing to work with me or my driver. Edwin was great to work for his support as well. Good luck..... Maybe next time.

I have to say, that this transaction could not have been easier for me. I feel that Randy went above and beyond. I received my scooter the next day, and in perfect condition. Also, Randy maintained excellent communication. I would definately used Randy again, and recommend Randy to all that need something moved.
