The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time TForce continues to be a problem for us and not picking up our freight when scheduled. We wait days on end for them to show up and they pick up a week later. I ship out $10,000 pallet with one thing on it and my customers are looking forward to receiving their product and this company continues to make our company look bad because when we tell our customer that their order is shipping and it doesn't end up getting picked up, it looks very bad on us. The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Very very dissatisfied with TForce. They never show up when they're supposed to and then I have my freight sitting outside for a week before I cancel the service. I will not be using this company anymore.

This carrier did a HORRIBLE job at getting my shipment delivered to the correct location. They rerouted it to a few different states before they finally got it right. Very disappointed in them.
