I did not cancel this shipment, the service providers truck was pulled over and impounded thus leaving me to get a uhaul and do the load myself

Great communication! Shipped my stuff within 2 days of request! Showed up on time. Dropped off on time. Everything they said they were going to do, they did. Rod did a great job packing everything up and his colleague did a great job driving everything from Austin to Naples! I am so impressed and will use them again.

Great experience! On time & good fast communication. Went above and beyond, even helped get hydraulic lifts up when they wouldn't work at pick up. That cost him time and he didn't complain. Happy we gave him a chance, we've had SO many bad experiences with shippers not showing up so this was refreshing! Definitely hire him, we would again for sure!

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Worst experience, kept dragging us on. Was supposed to be there Friday a.m., no show, then said friday p.m., no show, another call saying going to be there sat a.m., another no show and not answering calls, texts, or emails. Do not use this company if you want your stuff actually shipped.

Robbie & his team went way above & beyond with our cross country move. They arrived on time, communicated deligently, worked super hard & best of all they were really friendly & professional! We have moved several times & I can truely say that this was by far the best moving experience ever! There were really large difficult pieces to move & nothing was damaged at all! Robbie has a "can do" attitude and his prices were great too! We look to using him aging to ship our car across country! Thanks!
