Taylor was very pleasant. We talked on the phone frequently concerning the pickup and delivery. He delivered my bike to FL on time and got it back to Chgo on time. I appreciate the effort. Good experience. Nothing negative I can say about this shipping experience. Taylor looks like a cross between Kenny Rogers (pre facelift), and Santa Claus. Always smiling.
