After my movers showed up at my destination, I was blindsided with a $675 fee that was not previously described to me, because they noted that I had 10 extra boxes that I had not accounted for in my initial estimate. In addition- they arrived to the origin city 9 hours late, my tables were not covered, there were significant scratches, there was no mattress covering as had been described in the initial offer. Good communication prior to the move, but have not been helpful after these issues.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I received a phone call from Horizon Circuit just a few minutes after I had placed my deposit stating that the truck they had planned to use could no longer be used for my dates, so we decided to cancel the shipment.
