Everything went well until the delivery. The cord some how got cut off during delivery. We off to fix it but was told no. Payment or even partial payment has not been resolved or released.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The provider initially said that they were able to pick up my items earlier in the day, which I was very specific about needing since the auction house closes at 3pm. However after I accepted her quote, she emailed me and said that she could not do it till later in the day. And in the meantime I had told the other 3 shippers that I was in communication with that I was going with someone else. It was a big problem, and led to me having to pay much more for the same service, since it was then la
