Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Shipper's original scheduled pickup was aborted by shipper because shipper's previous pickup that day was later than anticipated and driver did not want to drive through Chicago in early evening to pickup my items. Shipper said they would call me to reschedule my pickup; I have not heard from them for many weeks. My emails to shipper for reschedule were not returned nor was my phone call (left answering machine message) to them.
