Excellent service communicated with both seller & buyer collected and delivered on time would definitely recommend. We have had bad experiences previously with couriers on u ship so were concerned about using them again. The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After sending questions back and forth and agreeing collection after 4pm he placed his bid and I accepted. I tried contacting him by phone and email then when I got through on the phone to ask what time he was collecting he put the phone down on me. This is not only unprofessional but also rude and is not the way to treat people, he could at least say if he can't do the job. We have now had to let our customer down and this is the second time out of three that this has happened on U ship which p
