A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved When this was originally booked, the items were not ready for me to take so I planned to do it on the next trip going west, but as my schedule has changed somewhat going west on the next trip will be delayed causing a scheduling conflict. This is a good shipper to work with Would not hesitate to do business with in the future

Massive 8 ft china cabinet. Waited all day for pickup, agreed upon a time but then had to leave so I okayed pickup without me and watched on camera. Seemed ok but furniture was damaged upon delivery. In all fairness, was an antique piece and damage was something I had fixed, although unlikely, could have come apart in trailer without proper care. Owner was unclear about what happened and refused to take any responsibility. Paid extra for 2 guys to deliver, but only had 1. Would not use again.
